Flavours of the World Memory Game Promotion
Pizza Hut Cyprus – “Flavours of the World Memory Game” Promotion
1.1 The promoter of the “Flavours of the World Memory Game” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is Pizza Hut Cyprus (the “Promoter”).
1.2 Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 The Promotion will commence on 17 June 2026 and will end at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
2.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
3.1 The Promotion is open to legal residents of the Republic of Cyprus aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, “See You Travel”, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may require proof of age and identity.
4.1 To participate, entrants must:
4.2 Only completed game sessions followed by a valid submission of the entry form will be considered eligible entries.
4.3 No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion.
4.4 Each participant may submit multiple entries during the Promotional Period unless otherwise restricted by the Promoter. However, a participant may only win one Weekly Prize throughout the Promotion.
4.5 Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or automated entries will be disqualified.
5.1 During the Promotional Period, three (3) winners will be selected each week by a random draw.
5.2 Each Weekly Prize winner will receive one (1) X-Large Pizza from the Cheesy, All-Time Classics, Our Picks and Flavours of the World, subject to availability.
5.3 Weekly prize draws will take place every Friday during the Promotional Period.
5.4 Weekly winners will be notified on the same day as the relevant draw using the contact details provided during entry.
5.5 If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.1 All valid entries submitted during the Promotional Period will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
6.2 Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw following the end of the Promotional Period, 31st July 2026.
6.3 The Grand Prizes consist of travel vouchers that can be redeemed only from “See You Travel” and are as follows:
First Prize: One (1) travel voucher with a value of €1,000.
Second Prize: One (1) travel voucher with a value of €500.
Third Prize: One (1) travel voucher with a value of €250.
6.4 The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 3 August 2026.
6.5 The Grand Prize winners will be notified and announced on 3 August 2026.
6.6 The travel vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of “See You Travel” and may be subject to booking restrictions, validity periods and other conditions imposed by the voucher provider.
7.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs, expenses or liabilities incurred by winners beyond those expressly included in the prize.
8.1 Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
8.2 By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their first name, surname initial and/or city of residence on the Promoter’s website and social media channels for the purpose of announcing winners, unless prohibited by law.
9.1 Personal data collected during the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter solely for the administration of the Promotion, winner selection, prize fulfilment and any purposes for which participants have separately provided consent.
9.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
9.3 Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and other applicable rights by contacting the Promoter.
9.4 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for administering the Promotion, prize fulfilment, legal compliance or where consent has been provided.
10.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption, technical malfunction, system failure, website unavailability, lost entries or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Promotion.
10.2 The Promoter shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

12.2 Any decision of the Promoter relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
12.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
12.4 Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
