General Terms & Conditions for the Pizza Hut Advent Calendar

The advent calendar will run from 1–24 December 2025 (inclusive).

Participation

To participate, a user must:

1. Visit the Advent Calendar landing page via the related social post at https://competitions.pizzahutdeal.com/advent-2025/.
2. Complete all required fields in the participation form: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number.
3. Click “Submit” to finalise participation.
4. Select the calendar ‘door’ corresponding to the date of that post.

• Participation is recorded only on the first entry.
• On all subsequent visits, the user will see the gift originally assigned to them.
• No additional participation or new gift is permitted after the first entry for each day, one participation per day!

Gift Assignment Logic

When opening a ‘door’ for the first time, the system will check:

• Availability of the day’s special gift.
• If the special gift is available → the user has a chance to win it through a random draw.
• If the special gift has already been claimed → the user will receive the generic coupon for that day.
• All participants have the opportunity to receive either a special gift, a voucher or a product discount.
• No additional entry or new gift is allowed after the first participation for each day.

Personal Data

The information collected will be used exclusively for:

• Verification of valid participation.
• Communication with winners. Winners will be notified immediately and the voucher with its terms and conditions will be sent via email. For higher-value gifts, a Pizza Hut representative will contact the winner to arrange collection.
• Marketing and promotional communication.
• By accepting a prize, winners consent to Pizza Hut using their name and photo on Pizza Hut’s social media platforms.
• Personal data will be used solely by Pizza Hut and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited.

Vouchers Terms & Conditions

• Specific terms and conditions apply to each individual gift.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

Eligibility

• The competition is open to permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus who are 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of Pizza Hut, their immediate family members, and any individuals involved in the execution of the Pizza Hut Advent Calendar are not eligible to participate.
